I'm Elli Nazik, Leadership Mentor, Coach and Founder of The Leadership Atelier. I mentor accomplished women to lead from their essence, embody their presence and cultivate sovereignty.
For the last six years I guided women to release the need to prove themselves with competence and step into their next level of leadership by becoming more congruent. Congruence is what allows your identity, presence and leadership to become contagious.

I believe women were never meant to leave their feminine capacities behind. The future of leadership isn't found in choosing between feminine and masculine qualities, but in their integration.

This is an invitation to stop believing you have to choose between being a woman and being a leader.

Through my work, women reclaim the capacities they learned to abandon and cultivate leadership rooted in sovereignty, presence and congruence. By integrating leadership development, identity recalibration, embodiment and personal brand into one cohesive approach, I mentor accomplished women whose leadership becomes recognised not only for what they do, but for what they stand for.

THE SHIIFT

My path into leadership wasn't shaped by theory. It was shaped by experience.

I built my career in high-performing environments where excellence was expected while witnessing first-hand how leadership influenced culture, performance and people. Along the way, I recognised those same patterns within myself.

Like many accomplished women, I believed leadership had to be earned through competence, hard work and proving. The harder I pushed, the further I drifted from myself.

When I stopped abandoning my feminine capacities, the way I led changed completely. Leadership became less about proving and more about presence.

That experience shaped the direction of my work. Today, I mentor women to cultivate leadership that no longer depends on overperformance, but emerges from sovereignty.

Beyond the Atelier

I believe the way we live shapes the way we lead.

When I’m not mentoring women, my life is deeply rooted in wellness. You'll usually find me in an aesthetic wellness space, practising Reformer Pilates, yoga or enjoying a sound bath. I’m drawn to beautifully designed cafés, boutique hotels, and quiet places that invite presence.

I notice the details others often overlook. The atmosphere of a room. The craftsmanship behind an object. The way beauty transforms how we feel.

Long walks with a smoothie, nourishing food, skincare rituals, galleries, travel and audiobooks are all small acts that deepen the connection to myself, my intuition, and creativity.

Aesthetics, wellness, stillness, and intuition aren’t separate from my work.

They're part of it.
